RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking. You will receive an invoice for the course after we can confirm that we can accept your booking and have available places.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be remitted in writing. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the class will be subject to a kr. 500 NOK administration fee. After this period, deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for a cancellation during the class, nor for unused portions of the class, nor for any changes, upgrades, adjustments made during the class. Non-payment of your trip balance by the invoices due date will be considered a cancellation, and your space will be offered to the next person.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Rational Acoustics Scandinavia reserves the right to decline a reservation or to refuse service during a class to anyone whose health or behavior could impede the welfare or enjoyment of fellow attendees or impact our instructors’ wellbeing.
Rational Acoustics Scandinavia will not reimburse any personal expenses due to changes in itineraries or class cancellations, such as prepaid hotel expenses or airline tickets.
In the unlikely situation of a complete class cancellation by Rational Acoustics Scandinavia, we will issue a full refund. Rational Acoustics Scandinavia will not assume responsibility for any personal expenses incurred as a result of a class cancellation, including airline tickets.
INSURANCE
Rational Acoustics Scandinavia will not assume responsibility or liability for any personal loss or injury during the course of our class.
